Kaitlyn Brown Drawing

This drawing of a Tea pot is done with black and White Charcoal on a Gray piece of paper. The paper grabs more of the charcoal to give it a different texture/ look. Drawing my tea pot I went by Quadrants and tried to follow the contour of the tea of the pot. The black charcoal was used for the shadows and darker spots and the White Charcoal was used for the high light and the lighter areas. The drawing has various numbers on the value scale going from 1-10 bringing the value and the shape of the drawing.
